My uber-practice, as I'm calling it, is my health and now that I'm into my 50s I'm enjoying the compound interest from making daily deposits of running and other workouts for the last 35 years. Having this as a ritual makes it so easy to do without too much resistance.
That's awesome John! I like how you call your system your Uber-practice. Lowering resistance is a huge component of making any ritual sustainable. Just curious, what does the compounding look like?
